A well-known and seasoned industry expert with over 27 years’ experience in the transportation industry, Andre was the founding Chairman/Managing Director of Expeditors Lanka Private Limited. He joined MAC Holdings Private Limited in 2003 and is also the immediate past chairman & a member of the executive board of the Sri Lanka Logistics Providers Association and was an executive committee member of Sri Lanka Freight Forwarders Association in the years 2000 / 2001.
His family owns 100% shareholding of the parent company which has seven majority owned JV’s while the rest remain fully owned and have plans to open the 7th JV in India shortly.
While holding a multitude of positions in various industry governing and representation bodies, Andre’s family provides commitment through 100% shareholding of the parent company; MAC Holdings Private Limited.
