PREREQUISITES • Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in maintenance Field. • G.C.E Advanced Level, qualification related to maintenance, facilities management will be ad added advantage. • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioners masonry and carpentry. • Ability to work long hours and weekends as and when required. • A valid rider’s license is required. • Good communication skills RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities of the Head Office and other subsidiaries of the Group. • Identify and attend to minor repairs and issues promptly. • Keep working areas, toilets, storage rooms, and maintenance equipment cleaned and organized. • Comply with safety protocols and guidelines when performing maintenance activities. • Be available for emergency maintenance situations, such as power outages, leakages, or equipment breakdowns, and respond promptly to mitigate any risks or damages. • Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory.
