MAC Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. contributed Rs. 5 million to the Government’s ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’ Fund, established to support communities affected by Cyclone Ditwah.
The cheque was officially handed over at the Presidential Secretariat by the Managing Director of MAC Holdings (Pvt) Ltd., Mr. Andre Fernando, to the Presidential Secretariat, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake.
The contribution was made possible through the reallocation of funds originally designated for the company’s annual Christmas celebrations towards the national relief initiative. Also present at the occasion were Group Director/Chief Financial Officer Tilak Gunawardena and Management Trainee Anick Fernando.
