JOB ROLE
We are seeking a creative, talented and innovative content creator to join our marketing team as a graduate trainee. The ideal candidate will have a knack for crafting engaging and impactful content across various platforms. Active, possess soft skills and willing to work with multiple brands & SBU’s.
PREREQUISITES
- 6 months – 1 year experience in digital marketing.
- Currently following or completed degree / professional qualification in related to digital marketing.
- MS suite literacy and Canva & CapCut designing & editing skills (Adobe Suite will be an advantage).
- Strong content writing, editing with storytelling skills (Travel & tourism, hospitality, business segment etc.).
- Social Media Management
- Proficiency in TikTok content creation
- Website CMS management
- Creative mobile photography and videography skills
- Multi-tasking and teamwork collaboration
- Outgoing and socialized personality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist to develop and execute a content strategy that supports the organization’s brand identity and business goals.
- Create content ideas for engaging quality content for various digital platforms such as social media, websites, articles, blogs, advertorials, press releases, flyers, newsletters, reports etc.
- Ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and legal requirements.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule and timely delivery of created content.
- Keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility.
- Responsible for hands-on interaction within social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Take on TikTok as a main responsibility and ideate, film, and edit short-form videos tailored for TikTok, incorporating trending sounds, challenges, and topics.
- Collaborate with work colleagues to brainstorm creative content campaigns that drive engagement and visibility.
