The Sri Lanka-France Business Council (SLFBC) of The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce recently convened its annual Members’ Day, marking a significant step in bolstering economic ties between the two nations. He highlighted several crucial areas of current and future collaboration, including the ongoing efforts in debt restructuring, the enriching educational and cultural programs facilitated by Alliance Française, and the increasing presence and influence of French companies in Sri Lanka. Andre Fernando, President of the SLFBC, warmly welcomed Ambassador Lambert and expressed sincere gratitude for his hospitality. He also provided an overview of the Council’s key initiatives planned for the upcoming year.
