Our MAC leaders and aspiring leaders recently participated in an experiential training program titled Building a Feedback Culture for High-Performance Teams, designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and foster a more collaborative workplace.
The interactive session focused on the importance of creating a culture where feedback is welcomed, conversations are constructive, and diverse perspectives are valued. Participants engaged in experiential learning and practical activities that encouraged open dialogue and highlighted the role of meaningful feedback in building trust, strengthening relationships, and supporting high-performing teams.
Throughout the program, attendees explored how constructive feedback can enhance collaboration, improve engagement, and drive continuous improvement across teams.
The hands-on approach provided opportunities for participants to reflect on real workplace scenarios and develop practical skills that can be applied in their day-to-day interactions.
By investing in the development of both current and future leaders, MAC continues to reinforce its commitment to cultivating a workplace where open communication, continuous learning, and mutual respect are at the forefront. Equipping leaders with these essential skills helps build stronger teams, encourages a culture of growth, and creates an environment where both people and performance can thrive.
