Marine & Air Consolidation (Pvt) Ltd was founded for the purpose of serving as a Freight & Logistic company in the fast developing hub of Sri Lanka.
Expansion into the aviation industry, holding representation of airline GSA’s.
Commenced with the Travel and Tours section, to tap into Sri Lanka’s tourism status.
Incorporated the banner Holding Company MAC Holdings Pvt Ltd.
Moved in to the Nawam Mawatha premises to better suit the rapid expansion of the company in terms of services and employees.
Awarded the position of the cargo sales agency for Thai Cargo.
Celebrated a decade in the industry, and rebranded Marine & Air Consolidations Pvt Ltd to MAC Supply Chain Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Luxury Holiday Travels was rebranded to MAC Travels (Pvt) Ltd
Awarded the position of passenger sales agency for Tiger Airways in Sri Lanka.
Awarded the position cargo sales agency for Hong Kong Airlines in Sri Lanka
Awarded the position cargo sales agency for Delta Airlines in Sri Lanka, Maldives and Bangladesh.
MAC Projects is established as a subsidiary of MAC Holdings Pvt Ltd. This was done as a move to expand into the niche sector of renewable energy.
Acquisition of a majority stake of Luxury Holiday Travels Pvt Ltd.
Acquiring the water front land at Vauxhall Street – a property owned by Sir Charles and Lady Catherine De Soyza. This was restored and set up as the corporate head office.
Expansion into the shipping industry with the acquisition of Equity Services Pvt Ltd.
Moved in to “The Wavertree”.
Celebrated the 20 th year anniversary of MAC Supply Chain Solutions (Pvt) Ltd
Equity Services Ltd rebranded to MAC Equity Maritime Services Ltd
Pendulum Express Lines appoints MAC Equity Maritime Services Ltd as the general shipping agent.
Incorporation of CG Logistics Lanka (Pvt) Ltd
